Description

The Administrative Assistant will report directly to the President/Director of Operations with a dotted line to the Facility Director. This individual will be hardworking and organized tasked to help facilitate operations and paperwork within our medical marijuana business. This position is an integral part of our operation and success.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

 

  • Answer and direct calls
  • Organize/maintain company files and records (electronic and hardcopy)
  • Manage office related supplies (stocking and ordering)
  • Schedule and coordinate conference calls
  • Maintain calendars and schedules meetings, proactively resolving any conflicts with schedules
  • Identifies and prepares meeting materials and resources needed prior to all meetings, including meeting location, supplies and refreshments
  • Take notes at meetings
  • Draft, proof, and edit a variety of business correspondence
  • Open, distribute and send mail
  • Enter data
  • File, fax and copy correspondence
  • Arrange messenger service delivery/pick-up
  • Book travel arrangements and prepare expense reports for reimbursement
  • Run errands to support managers
  • Conform with and abide by all regulations, policies, work procedures and instructions

 

Candidates must possess the following qualifications

 

  • Must possess a minimum of two years of relevant experience in an administrative role
  • Must have demonstrated experience working in a fast-paced environment where multi-tasking is required
  • Must possess exceptional computer skills, especially in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Must possess outstanding interpersonal and communication skills
  • Must have good sense and sound judgment in practical matters
  • Must be self-motivated, able to work efficiently, adapt easily, and be very detail oriented, as accuracy is essential
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Be at least 18 years of age

Physical Activities and Requirements:

  • Able to lift 50 lbs. of weight at any given time without assistance
