Sales Associate
Title:Sales Associate
Location:Lemont Furnace, PA (Fayette County)/Harmony, PA (Zelienople)

The Sales Associate Position will report to the Chief Operations Officer with a dotted line to the Vice President/Director of Sales and is expected to develop and execute a State-wide sales plan, develop sales targets, close sales, coordinate sales, support the needs of the medicinal marijuana dispensary clients. Additionally the Sales Associate will be responsible for facilitating all product educational and training for the Dispensaries.   Participate in company sales planning, meetings and reporting as it relates to products. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of achieving sales goals and/or quotas, building relationships, customer focus, and promoting all sales and marketing programs.


  • Build and maintain customer relationships across the state.
  • Maintain and understand current product listings
  • Educate dispensaries with company and product knowledge to ensure reliable product information is being communicated to consumers.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and quality of product is always maintained.
  • Schedule and coordinate deliveries with dispensaries in state.
  • Sell medical marijuana to dispensaries
  • Provide excellent customer service
  • Driving daily to various locations
  • Conform with and abide by all regulations, policies, work procedures and instructions

Candidates must possess the following qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years of sales and customer service experience.
  • Pharmaceutical Sales experience preferred
  • Knowledge of or experience in the medicinal marijuana industry is preferred
  • Self-motivated and the ability to work with minimal supervision.
  • Strong communication (written and verbal) skills across various levels within the company and with external customers and state agencies.
  • Ability to resolve customer issues or complaints in an honest, amicable, professional manner.
  • Knowledge of plant biology is preferred.
  • Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
  • Able to work non-standard hours or weekends on an occasional basis.
  • Be at least 21 years of age.
  • Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time

Physical Activities and Additional Requirements:

  • Able to lift 50 lbs. of weight at any given time without assistance
  • Requires some variable hours and on call after business hours to meet the needs of the business
  • Local travel for business purposes and occasional overnight travel for events, training, etc will be required at least 25% of the time.
  • Ability to successfully pass a background check and drug test
  • Must have reliable transportation
  • Valid Driver’s License
